What is a Short sale? Kentucky DON’T PANIC!

Short sales- Selling for less than is owed on a property.

Commonly occurs when a home owner can no longer afford to make the payments or it is inevitable that a default will occur.

Short sales are long processes typically with investors, lenders, home owners associations, 2nd mortgages all approving the sale of the property and settlement of EVERY lien on the property.

If you are headed towards default on your mortgage or received a notice from your lender that foreclosure has begun  DON’T PANIC!  It takes months sometimes a year before the bank actually takes the property.

We can help or guide you in the right direction.  With the new federal laws bankruptcy is not the answer in most cases.

Outlet mall in Simpsonville is in the next stage

There are currently two plans for 2 different outlet malls in Simpsonville KY.

Some residents are opposed as usual and some say bring on the demand for homes!

The first company to break the news has begun with the next step. Thanks to The Sentinel News for the news flash!

I say bring it on.  it will not adversely effect downtown Simpsonville with traffic, just near Interstate 64 and it has been widened and ready for more traffic

I’ll Have another….but dont gamble on your Home in Shelby county Kentucky

Long shot Wins the 138th Kentucky Derby, Realtor doesn’t.

I’m not one for gambling on horses except during the Kentucky Oaks, Kentucky Derby, Mothers Day, Breeders Cup and when ever I get free tickets to the Jockey Club.  So that explains why my Twin Spires account is less than $50 balance.

Since Shelby county schools is the only public school system near Louisville that has school on Friday before the Derby, I get discounted baby sitter service.

I’m still happy about my win of Mine That Bird when I hit that Long shot! That will keep me betting on horses at a very irregular interval.  I’ll never get rich unless I get Lookin at Lucky…

Dont gamble on your Shelby county Realtor, use one that counts.
