The Boot Depot has come to Simpsonville KY.

With all the new commercial development on the heels of The Outlet shops of the Bluegrass a local business owner is bringing a Boot store to the area.  The owner, David Gordon, operates an online store and warehouse in Louisville and the Simpsonville Flea market.  Opening a full time retail outlet near the mall fills a need for Shelby county.  While we have two farm outfitter stores such as Tractor Supply and Rural King, there is a missing link for quality western style and on the job work boots.   The box stores have teh basics but they don’t cover everyone.   Driving to south Louisville for Dan Post, Laredo, Double H, Dingo, Wolverine may be a thing of the past.

Located next to Subway and Executive Cigar offers patrons of the Pilot Truck stop an emergency option if they forget a gift while traveling or need to replace their boots while

driving over the road.

Personally I think the store is going to make my wife’s closet space even tighter.  I look forward to the opening soon.
