This is borrowed from a friend Traditiona​l RE companies were designed on the idea that the co’s brand is their greatest asset…no​t their agents. They spend $$$ on marketing THEIR brand to the consumers & have an office in every town. The more offices, the more brand exposure & the more control of the business they have. Only problem, is when your agents start leaving & taking THEIR business with them, it’s hard to cover your bills.
